Beyond Blue - Infoline

For the cost of a local call, the beyondblue info line provides callers with access to information and referral to relevant services for depression and anxiety related matters.

We created a web based publication ordering system for Beyond Blue that made the process for Infoline staff searching and ordering brochures much faster. The aim being that more phone calls are answered faster and more people serviced and satisfied through the important Infoline service.

We used a lot of jQuery and Rich Internet application development to streamline the process and to connect with existing third party publication providers.

Mitre 10

We continue to develop a range of software applications for the Mitre10 group that provides for improved product ordering, inventory management and distribution capabilities. These developments are done using Open Source software and the PHP Symfony framework.
